Adani Vidya Mandir Ahmedabad had the privilege of hosting Mr. Jay Vasavada, Gujarat's one of the most celebrated writer, columnist, and public speaker. In an engaging interaction with students, Mr. Jay Vasavada eloquently spoke about exploration, research, and the spirit of science, beautifully interwoven with the essence of Indian traditions that remain deeply rooted at AVMA. He reminded students that the greatest gift mankind possesses is the sharing of knowledge, for knowledge grows richer when it is shared.
Urging young minds to be bold, he shared a powerful thought: “To truly live, you must leave - create your own story, leave your footprints, so the world remembers you even when you are gone.” Emphasizing that today’s youngsters are the future creators, he redefined schooling by tracing its origin to the Greek word ‘Skool’, meaning getting together for pleasure, reinforcing the idea that knowledge itself is pleasure.
Highlighting the significance of pressure, he inspired students to view challenges as catalysts; pressure, he said, is what enables individuals to shine. Success, he affirmed, is always beautiful when forged through effort and resilience.
